Made to order. Every KÉLYN & CO. order is made to order, so please order in advance to avoid disappointment.

Delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks from order to arrival. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is sent out.

Shipping cost. £10 first class delivery, or £5 standard delivery.

Returns. Because every set is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please choose your colour and length carefully before ordering.

Colour matching. We can't guarantee a 100% colour match without an in-person consultation. If you're unsure of your shade, we strongly recommend ordering a Colour Wheel first so you can hold the real hair against your own before you commit.
