Colour & Texture Guide

Finding your match. Every KÉLYN & CO. set is 100% Vietnamese human hair, chosen for strength, natural shine and the way it blends into your own hair. This guide walks you through the three choices you'll make: colour, length and texture.

1. Colour. Every price on the site is for a single solid colour. Choose the shade closest to your mid-lengths and ends — our hair is made to melt rather than match exactly, so the closest shade usually gives the most natural result.

Want more than one shade? On every product you can switch the colour option from Single colour to Custom blend / ombré. We'll mix your shades together for an extra £5 per 50g — just tell us the shade numbers you'd like in the notes at checkout.

The shade numbers

These are the shades we carry, grouped the same way as our colour chart. Every shade is the same price — the number you choose never changes what you pay. Give us the number (for example #2 or #613) when you order.

Shades can look different on screen from how they look in daylight. If you are between two numbers, the Colour Wheel (£50) lets you hold the real hair against your own before you commit.

2. Length. We carry 20", 22", 24" and 26". Length is measured from the top of the weft to the tip of the hair. As a rough guide, 20" tends to fall around mid-back and 26" towards the waist, though where it lands depends on your own height and where your stylist places the hair.

3. Texture. Texture is included in the price — you're never charged extra for it. We offer Natural Straight, Yaki Straight, Kinky Straight, Natural Wavy, Body Wavy, Deep Wavy, Water Body Wavy, Bouncy Wavy, Romantic Curly and Deep Curly. If you'd like to feel the options first, our Texture Wheel (£50) shows the range in the hand.

How much hair do I need?

Every method is sold in 50g sets. For added thickness most clients build up in multiples; your stylist is the best person to confirm how many sets suit your hair density and the look you're after.
