What hair do you use?

Every KÉLYN & CO. set is 100% Vietnamese human hair, chosen for its strength, natural shine and the way it blends seamlessly with your own.

Which methods do you offer?

Five, all 100% Vietnamese human hair and all sold in 50g sets: Tapes, Nano Bonds, Genius Weft, Keratin Tips and Clip-Ins. Which suits you best depends on your hair type and how you like to wear it — your stylist is the best person to advise. Clip-Ins are the one set you fit yourself.

What lengths do you offer?

20", 22", 24" and 26".

What colours do you offer?

Every price is for a single solid colour, so there's no guesswork — pick the shade closest to your mid-lengths and ends.

Can I have more than one colour, or an ombré?

Yes. On any product, change the colour option from Single colour to Custom blend / ombré. We'll mix your shades together for an extra £5 per 50g — tell us the shade numbers you'd like in the notes at checkout.

Does texture cost extra?

No — texture is included in the price. You're never charged more for it.

How do I know which colour to choose?

Order a Colour Wheel (£50) and hold the real hair against your own in natural daylight — it's by far the most reliable way to choose. A Texture Wheel (£50) does the same for texture. Please note we can't guarantee a 100% colour match without an in-person consultation.

How much hair do I need?

Our sets are 50g. Most clients build up in multiples for added thickness; your stylist can confirm how many sets suit your hair density and the look you're after.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from order to arrival. Because everything is made to order, please order in advance. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is sent out.

How much is shipping?

£10 first class delivery, or £5 standard delivery.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every set is made to order, we don't offer returns or refunds — so please choose your colour and length carefully. If you're unsure, a Colour Wheel is the safest first step.

How do I care for my extensions?

Treat them as you would your own hair: brush gently from the ends up, use sulphate-free products, keep heat moderate and always dry the bonds or wefts thoroughly. Your stylist will talk you through aftercare for your specific method at fitting.
